Room 1:

Painted cream. Original wooden floors. Has a 4'6" bed with a King Koil memory-foam mattress, 4 Dunlopillo pillows. Pine head board. The antique bedside table and table lamp, chairs and dresser, original fire place, lend an air of old-world elegance. The room is small and there is a matching wardrobe, beside a southfacing window, dressed with a black-out blind behind a net curtain. This is the warmest room in the house due to the abundant sunshine combined with kachelofen in one corner, throwing out lovely radiant heat, also has OFC Heating as back-up. There is an original work of art by golfer/artist Lucy Tormey, of Mullingar, and mirrors and a TV. The en-suite is bright and well ventilated despite having no natural light,  there is heated towel rail, a standard Wash Hand basin, W.C. and a quadrant shower tray 900 X 900, Aqualisa power shower.


Room 2:

This room has been decked in the Galway colours, with 3 white walls and one maroon. Original wooden floors. It has 2 X 4' beds with Orthopaedic/Sealy mattresses, 4 Dunlopillo pillows. Pine head boards. Both with electric under blankets. Snow white bed spreads. The antique table and table lamps, chair and Chinese Cherrywood carved jardiniere add a dash of sophistication. The room is fairly spacious and there is a regular sized wardrobe and locker on which to support luggage. Also ample space under beds for cases. The south facing window is partially eclipsed by the shadow of the garage slightly depriving it of light compared to the neighbouring room. The large window is dressed with a black-out blind behind a net curtain. It has OFC Heating and a free standing electric heater as back-up. There are some original works of art by previous occupants who were Opera set designers; Russel Craig and Maroine Dib, pastel copper-coast landscape by Marley Irish.TV. The en-suite is bright and well ventilated despite having no natural light, there is heated towel rail, a standard Wash Hand basin with original bevelled mirror, W.C. and a Square 900 shower tray, with chrome bi-fold door, Aqualisa power shower. This en-suite is a fairly recent addition, the W.C. is now where the hearth once was.


Room 3:

Painted cream. Original wooden floors. Has a 5' bed with a King Koil 'Chiropractor Endorsed 'mattress, 4 Dunlopillo pillows's. Pine head board. The antique pine dresser, is accompanied by 2 bedside lockers with antique lamps including an antique centre light shade, original fire place. The room is not so spacious but not too cramped either. There is a standard sized wardrobe, beside a northfacing window, dressed with heavily lined curtains and net curtains. This gets the evening sunshine, has OFC Heating and a free standing electric heater as back-up. There are some hand-painted elephants on silk, 1872 Vanity Fair prints, and a mock-gilded mirror and a watercolour of Rowe Street church painted by visiting cork based artist Áine Ryan. TV. The en-suite is beautiful painted white now with one red wall. It is spacious, with electric underfloor heating on cream tiles, a corner bath in which there is an Aqualisa power shower, an antique standard Wash Hand basin with original bevelled mirror, W.C. Two tables and a huge heated towel rail. Net curtains and heavy navy velvet curtains. 2 watercolours of Wexford harbour by local artist Paddy Darigan.
