Directions from the intersection/roundabout on the outskirts of town where you leave the N11 or N25 for Wexford town.

Coming into Cuasnog from the roundabout at the Maldron Hotel, (where N25 meets N11) drive past the hospital, an unmissable junction with traffic lights, go about another kilometre and you will see a second set of lights. Here in the middle of that junction there is a granite monument (an obelisk) and you turn right, keeping the obelisk on your left, then it will be behind you as you complete the hair-pin-bend (if you miss it and go passed the obelisk dont worry just continue on that main road for about 500m until you can do a U-turn at the roundabout at the bottom of Hill Street !)

Now assuming you took the right turn at the obelisk then take the first left turn, called Davvit Road. Here you will notice a drinking trough , a couple of park-benches and a few small trees in floral boxes, this is the begining of Davitt Road, its about 300m long.

Once you are going along Daviit road you will notice a mix of buildings, big, small, terraced and semi-d, even a defunct old fire-station then at the croos road take the left & go down St. John's Road, and Cuasnóg B&B is the 3rd house on your R.H.S.

Take care when following your GPS (if you have one, it may not be up-to-date), as there is a new one-way traffic system in place on Davvitt Rd, on St. John's Rd and on John's Street.

Directions from Waterford Airport

Come out of Waterford Airport and turn right, drive couple of miles as far as a T-junction, then go left, down the hill and soon take the next left turn, at a thatch-roofed pub, opposite the small tidal estuary.

Go on straight for a couple of miles until you reach a STOP sign, then proceed straight across this main Dunmore East/Waterford road. You continue for a few miles to Passage East via Woodstown strand and Crooke village and then take the short ferry trip to Ballyhack, €8 I think! Ferry goes every twenty minutes. The scenery along this undulating estuary is lovely. Then its straight all the way into Wexford town about 23 miles from Ballyhack.

Straight at first Roundabout; called the "Duncannon" roundabout. Then straight through all the roundabouts until you come to a massive TESCO supermarket, as big as an aipport hanger.

With TESCO on your right, at traffic lights, take a left, keeping Bride St. church on your right as the road swings to right, then at the little mini roundabout, take a left, drive straight along Roches Rd which then leads to John's Street. You will pass another identical church (called Rowe St. on your right)! At cross-roads with traffic-lights take a left, Cuasnóg is 150m up road on the left.

It is about a 30 mile journey if you follow my directions, the road is 3rd / 4th gear in spots, particularly between airport and ferry, but Ballyhack / Wexford is good straight road of approx 23 miles. It should'nt take more than an hour. You will pass the 'Hollow Bar' outside Ramsgrange, on your right, they do good fish and bar food, if you are feeling peckish. But you will be offered refreshments here and there is a fantastic choice in great eateries in Wexford too and close to Cuasnóg, from as little as a 5min walk.

Directions from Rosslare Harbour

Leaving Rosslare harbour to come into Wexford town, drive about 19Km in all. Straight all the way from port to Wexford town. You will drive past the Talbot Hotel, continue for another mile or so, keeping the water on your right, past the bridge, still going straight, you will then come to a roundabout with the Bus & Train Station on your RH side.

Keep in left lane go over pedestrian crossing at McAuley's Pharmacy, take the first left turn, up the Main Street. After about 200m take the third right turn right after you pass 'Greenacres' on your RHS. (You'll be flanked by intimidating bollards. Greenacres home of 'Jaques Bistro' it is a glass and red brick building, 2 and 3 stories high, also a Deli, Wine merchant, and Art Gallery, once upon a time; O Connor's solicitors).

This will bring you onto Georges Street, at the top you will come to traffic lights. Please don't go into the St. George B&B on your RHS instead go straight through the lights, and after 150m you will see Cuasnóg B&B on your L.H. Side.
